Mrs. Mazor’s distinguished career spans more than 20 years of proven management experience in the CRM and contact center industries. Having joined ITNAVpro in 2006 as VP of Business Operations, she has successfully been driving the company’s professional services, product management and technical support organizations.
Prior to ITNAVpro, Mrs. Mazor served as Financial Sector Leader, and as Contact Center and CRM Division Leader at IBM Israel.
VP Marketing & Sales
Mr. Arieli possesses more than 20 years of experience in a range of executive leadership and management positions. As ITNAVpro’s Vice President of Marketing and Sales, he is responsible for all of the company’s marketing, sales and business development activities. Prior to joining ITNAVpro, Mr. Arieli held the positions of Country Manager and District Manager of Service Sales, Support and Managed Services at Avaya. Earlier still, he served as Senior Manager of Support and Services on NORTEL’s EMEA management team.
Mrs. Cohen has gained more than a decade’s worth of experience in contact centers and a range of CRM systems. Having joined ITNAVpro in 2010, she is responsible for service operations and delivery, supporting complex service contracts with professional services management from presales to final implementation.
Prior to joining ITNAVpro, Mrs. Cohen held management positions at some of Israel’s most prominent call centers.
